At it’s peak, New York City's Garment District manufactured 95 percent of the clothing in America. Today, it is a fraction of that. Despite outsourcing, not all of the city's manufacturers have closed up shop. One company, Johnny's Fashion Studio, run by a Korean immigrant who started sewing in the U.S. almost 30 years ago, is still in New York making clothes. With his daughter Joann by his side, Bloomberg learns how he's adapted and stays in business.
